The Turkey dispatched 1 Infantry Brigade on 17 Oct 1950. The brigade had underwent a tough battle at first but afterwards, they fought admirably on the battle of KeumYangJangLi, the battle of JangSungCheon and the battle of Nevada. The Ministry of Defense erected this monument to commemorate the fallen patriots’ efforts and bravery.
